If you want to know what kind of man TyAaron Harris is, just drop by The St. Louis Children's Hospital and ask the many Nurses and Doctors who can testify to the many long days and nights that he has spent there by his daughter's side with his fiance' Whitney Bennett. Tyay Harris (daughter) is what we nurses call a frequent flyer. Suffering a brain injury at birth, Tyay has endured many hospital visits and surgies that has required and will continue to require the full support of her entire family.
He is lovingly referred to as "Daddy" by his family and friends because of his father like qualities and his efforts to always ensure that his family is cared for. If anyone in this world deserves your help, it's TyAaron.

We Need Your Help To Bring TyAaron Home & Back to the Family that Needs Him
TyAaron is a good man who found himself in bad situation. Eye-Witness reports state that he was speaking with a friend at his home in the early afternoon of Monday July 22nd when a mob of 15 men suddenly approached him and began beating him (Read the Eye-Witness Report) . Allegedly during the brutal attack TyAaron fearing for his life fired a shot in self-defense, hitting one of his attackers. Unfortunately his attacker later passed from his wound.
TyAaron was not involved in an altercation with his attackers at the time and this attack was a complete surprise to him. Apparently there had been a verbal dispute with one of his in-laws serveral days before the attack and this was retaliation.
TyAaron was simply defending himself. As he was approached by the mob of men he could have easily drawn his weapon and began shooting BUT HE DID NOT. When he was first hit he could have easily drawn his weapon and began shooting BUT HE DID NOT. It was not until he was under full attack by the mob, being punched, kicked, and stumped that he allegedly drew his weapon and fired in defense of his life.
TyAaron is now in the St. Louis County Jail and has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder. He needs our help to secure an Attorney who will do all within his/her power to bring him home.

Indiegogo will take 9% of the funds raised if we do not meet our goal, but only 4% if we do. So We are keeping our goal at a reasonable amount while praying that we far exceed it.
