International Shipments
Customs, VAT and other taxes are not included in our perks, since they are different for each country and we are shipping worldwide. This means it is up to our international backers to pay these duties and taxes on delivery.
Two Pillars will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Canada has very specific import laws, so anything over $25 CAD will be subject to duties and taxes. All of our prices are in US dollars, so remember to convert to the correct currency when calculating.
Risks and challenges
We’re a dedicated team with some great experience under our belts on how to manufacture high-quality goods. The past two years have been spent perfecting the design of UniLid. Our manufacturer is secured, numerous rounds of prototyping have been completed and we’re ready for production.
Scale manufacturing does have its challenges, but based on our past experience we are completely prepared for high-volume production and confident we can get UniLid shipped by May 2018 (or earlier!).
