Our Story

DANIEL (17) has always been deaf, but with his talented older brother now away at college, his mother's focus shifts solely to him.  While she pushes Daniel to express himself artistically and verbally, Daniel resists speaking under the pressure of expectation and his own personal fear of rejection.  Daniel is consumed by his doubts until a sudden, unlikely friendship inspires him to attempt what he once deemed impossible.

The Impact

You're generous donations will be immediately used to fund a Graduate Level student film with an enormously talented crew, looking to create a film that will speak to the heart of audiences everywhere.

What We Need & What You Get

Although our funding goal is listed as only $500, we are looking to raise beyond that amount in order to fund our meal and transportation expenses, as well as equipment and location costs. This is a great film with a strong message and we can promise you will be extremely proud of your involvement in it. Please support!
