Q) How strong is the magnetic connection between The VOLTA Adapter and device?
A) We used the world's strongest magnetism (N52 Neodymium magnets on both the tips and adapter, providing a strong pulling force). The VOLTA Adapter was designed to be the strongest magnetic adapter on the market, so strong in fact that it can even lift your iPad without disconnecting!

Q) Can the VOLTA Magnetic Adapter be used on all cables?
A) Our adapter connects with standard micro USB (Android) cables and enables the cable to then be used on all devices (Micro USB Android, Apple & USB C devices). 

Q) Is the VOLTA Magnetic Adapter MFI? Unoriginal cables don't work with Apple products!
A) The VOLTA Cable works and syncs perfectly with all Apple products. It also supports tethering and syncs effortlessly with iTunes. 

Q) Will The VOLTA Magnetic Adapter affect the charging speed of my device?
A) VOLTA will not reduce the charging speed of any device. It can, however, handle any charging speed of any device and adapters. The VOLTA Magnetic Adapter will support whatever your cable supports. That includes Quick Charge 2.0 & Fast Charging. But only if the cable supports it as well. 

Q) How will my order be shipped?
A) All orders will be shipped with tracking number(s) and will be delivered in most cases by your local or national postal service. 

Q) Does having a VOLTA tip in my phone negate the waterproof of my mobile device?
A) We have tested this by putting a waterproof device in water for 30min. After taking it out the device still functioned along with the tip being fully intact. Although it's possible that water under unusual circumstance can be trapped within the tip causing corrosion never the less this shouldn't affect the device's ability to be waterproof/resistant. 

Q) I bought a new cable, but it only charges when the light faces up. I need refund/replacement!

The reason why our newly improved cables only charge micro USB devices in one direction (LED side) is because of its powerful fast charging feature used by USB C devices. The one-directional charging is made to protect your devices from excessive flow of current. The new cables can easily be spotted as they are thicker than the older cables. The newly improved cables are QC3.0 compatible and supports Power Drive devices such as Samsung Galaxy S8, Google Pixel e.t.c

If you have a factory defect, you may apply for your warranty and we will send you a new product - see warranty guidelines below. RETURNS are accepted ONLY when the VOLTA product you have purchased is posted back to us with all its original packaging and for all cables to be in perfect working order. Only after all cables have been checked we will then refund the purchase price, minus restocking fee's ($2 per item). RETURNS can only be accepted up to *30 DAYS* after the purchase date, anything over will NOT be accepted for a RETURN & REFUND. VoltaCharge Pty Ltd reserves the right to update its shipping & return policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders above US$60. Flat standard shipping rate worldwide for orders below US$60 is just US$9.99. Standard shipping takes 3 to 10 business days for delivery, while express shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days for delivery (these are both estimations). WARRANTY
We offer a LIFETIME warranty on all VOLTA Magnetic Cables & VOLTA Magnetic Adapters and we'll send you replacements for any/all defective cables/Adapters upon showing proof of purchase of the defective product. All we ask is that you pay the handling & shipping fees for the replacement. If however, your cable is damaged or faulty on arrival, not due to wear and tear, we will then in that case NOT charge you handling & shipping fees to replace your VOLTA product. The VOLTA lifetime warranty is specific towards The VOLTA Magnetic Cable & The VOLTA Magnetic Adapter. It's NOT applicable to the VOLTA Tips. We will, however, replace tips that are faulty due to factory defects. However, when it comes to damages or issues caused to VOLTA Tips due to the USER, as one of the many examples being: dropping your device while the VOLTA tip is inside, this will NOT be covered under our VOLTA Warranty. Be sure to read our "VOLTA Product care" page located in the footer (bottom of the website) menu to ensure you don't do something to VOID your Lifetime Warranty.
