Will I still receive a Wax-Rx even if the fund raising goal is not met? Yes! This is why we elected to do flexible funding on Indiegogo, so that our backers will receive their Wax-Rx, even if we miss our goal!
Does using the Wax-Rx
hurt? It is normal to experience some pressure while washing, but ear
washing should not hurt. If you experience pain, stop using the Wax-Rx and
consult your physician.
Will I have to use
the Wax-Rx over several days to get results?
You can completely remove your ear wax with just one use of the
Wax-Rx. If the problem reoccurs, the
Wax-Rx system contains two additional uses.
How hard will I have
to work to get out ear wax with the Wax-Rx? Ear wax can be surprisingly stubborn
to remove. Sometimes vigorous washing is required. You can increase or decrease the Wax-Rx washing pressure
depending on how hard you squeeze the sprayer handle. The first time you use
the Wax-Rx, it may take you a few tries to figure out just how hard to
squeeze the sprayer for success.
Will one bottle of very
warm water be enough to completely remove my ear wax? To remove heavy
wax buildup, you may need to refill the bottle with very warm water more the
once. Fortunately, the Wax-Rx is
designed to be refillable as many times as you need.
Why should I use the
Wax-Rx Drops before I use the Wax-Rx Washer?
The Wax-Rx drops help soften stubborn wax, making it easier to
remove. It is possible to remove ear wax using the Wax-Rx alone, but you may
have to wash more vigorously. This is why we recommend you always use Wax-Rx
drops before washing your ears.
Why should I rinse with
the Wax-Rx pH Conditioning Powder after I wash? The slightly acidic
environment of healthy ears fights off bacteria that can lead to ear
infections. Washing with plain water upsets this balance, so after washing,
it’s important to rinse the ear with water that has been conditioned to be more
like the pH of the ear.
