Let's Get Printing!
The Women's Center for Creative Work is a network of rad women engaged in conversations about creative practices and feminisms of all kinds. We are located in Elysian Valley on the LA River and operate shared workspace for female-identifying creatives where community members can come get their work done in a supportive environment.
With an exciting new residency program starting this fall with writer and zine-maker Allison Conner, as well as the expressed desires from many of our community members, we realize our urgent need for on-site copy and print facilities!
Your Donations Will Help us Buy Printing Equipment!
With your help we can provide affordable print services for our workspace community and members. It's important to us that our community have a safe space to make copies for classes and skill shares, create large scale art prints for shows and studio visits, and send that one random fax a year!
We need $4000 to:
- Finish construction in the print lab space
- Purchase a commercial black/white printer, scanner and copier
- Purchase a color plotter for large format printing
- Purchase toner, paper and supplies for the machines
With your tax deductible donation through our fiscal sponsor, Pasadena Arts Council*, you can help us reach our goal!
Other Ways You Can Help
We know that not everyone has the means to donate, but we do hope that everyone can help get the word out by sharing this on social media and with their own networks.
Thank you so much for your time!
