1.  Do you ship WideWheel scooter worldwide ?

WideWheel is shipped to United States, Singapore, European and Asian countries.  On the payment menu, you can check if the shipping is available to your country. 

2. Does the price of perk include the shipping charge ? 

The price does not include the shipping charge. If you select your country on the payment menu, you can check the shipping charge based on your country.  

3. Who is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or VAT for international orders?

Import duty tax or VAT may need to be paid if your country requires it.

4. Is there a warranty on my WideWheel scooter ?

Yes. We offer six (6) months limited warranty on all WideWheel purchases. Note this does not cover damages incurred by rider usage. Any alteration, tampering or modification of the electronics, battery, controller, motor or related electrical wiring will not be serviced or supported by Wide Wheel and will void the warranty.

5. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Approximately 2~3 hours for WideWheel  with 4.4Ah battery and approximately 4~6 hours for Wide Wheel with 8.8Ah battery  if the battery pack is completely empty.

6. What is the maximum weight to ride a WideWheel scooter ?

We recommend under 100kgs (220lbs) for the best riding experience.

7. Where can WideWheel scooter be serviced?

WideWheel scooter is designed to be simple enough for anyone to replace parts on their own. We will provide documentation and video of possible replacement processes.

8. I want to be a distributor or retailer, where do I start?

We are open to distributors and retailers worldwide once our initial crowdfunding campaign ends.
