What is Woolings?

Our spiritual journey called Woolings started 4 years ago. .. Our inner calling for human warmth, peaceful mind and unity made us launch the production of handmade footwear. As devoted environmentalists we use only best wool as a centrepiece of our product and we take special pride in that.All is 100% handmade in ideal conditions bringing forward positive energy to our customers.Our product is warm, light, soft, waterproof, anti-slippery and comfortable to wear. 

Help us to build new process of manufacturing

We thoroughly look after all the elements of production and maintain the highest possible level of quality. One pair of Woolings requires about 10 hours of precise and methodic handcraft. Every small detail including back-heels and soles are handmade using special rubber material that we invented ourselves.

We believe that our footwear must be accessible for a wider audience and this is why we reach out for your support. The time has come for us to rethink our production strategy and look for more ergonomic and modern ways of manufacturing. We need to upgrade our existing machinery and tools in order to lower the production costs. When all is done our beautiful and comfortable, nature-friendly, original, custom-made, footwear will be available for everyone in many different variations and great prices!

The money received for this campaign will be used for reducing the costs of manufacturing, which will substantially reduce the price and make our shoes affordable for more people around the world!

If we receive:

1 000 EUR we would buy wool, eyelets, shoe laces and material for soles and back heels in bulk. 

2 000 EUR we would buy new wooden lasts instead of old plastic lasts and get a European patent on our current production technology.

3 000 EUR we would buy forms for making soles and back heels that would speed up the production in several times!

5 000 EUR right now we produce 20 pairs of Woolings shoes per month. Due to financial constraints we are forced to produce our rubber for soles and back heels in the courtyard, which is unreliable, since we are highly dependant on weather. That is we need to upgrade our old machinery, buy new ones and reorganise our current manufactory in order to increase monthly production capacity up to 50 pairs of cheap Woolings shoes and 20 pairs of custom made Woolings.

30 000 EUR and more we would organise a completely new manufactory, where it would be possible to produce up to 200 pairs of cheap Woolings and 80 of custom made Woolings per month. Also, we would use different, more innovative production technology that would allow us to produce our shoes more cheaper and in a way that is even less harmful to the nature!

– Handmade pashmina scarfs 

made from finest cashmere fibre. They are hand spun, woven and embroidered specially for Woolings in city Kasmir, a historical place in India where cashmere shawls have been manufactured for thousands of years.
