Short Summary
The success of Mean Girls has given me a lens into the world of young artists. I wanted to use my platform and my skills to give back.

I believe that so much of this business is about luck...so I wanted to create opportunities for others with the tools I had!
Three of the biggest barriers I see young artists face are...
- Self Confidence: Believing it is even possible.
- Networks: Knowing the "right" people.
- Funds: Getting access to equipment, time, and talent.
Write Out Loud takes away these barriers to entry!
I dreamed up this concert to showcase the top 5 songs from a social media contest (by the same name)I held in the Spring. Over 500 songs were submitted! And now I could use a little help from YOU!
What We Need & What You Get
Feinstein's/54 Below does provide a fee for the concert, but we have hit our budget paying the band, & performers!
Your donations will be going towards:
Providing tickets for the composers! We want the winning writers and runners up to be at the show where their work will be premiering!
Covering the costs for rehearsal space for these composers & our cast of Broadway performers to connect and collaborate!

The Impact
Giving these new composers a seat to their own concert and an opportunity to collaborate with Broadway performers provides opportunities to learn, build relationships, and motivate their future work!
Risks & Challenges
- Feinstein's/54Below does provide a fee for performing in their space, but we have a huge team! And given how many collaborators we want to shine light on, we are raising these funds to support them and their work.
