How does CC Aurora integrate with other connected devices?

Other devices (smartphone, PC, tablet, laptop) can be connected to CC Aurora with mirror display. TV boxes and gaming consoles can be connected through CC Aurora’s HDMI port. Hard drives and thumb drives can be connected through CC Aurora’s USB ports.

Does CC Aurora have an app? Which phones does it work with?

We have an app (XGIMI Assistant) to control and manage apps on CC Aurora. This app is compatible with iOS, and Android.

How does CC Aurora connect to the XGIMI Assistant app?

The device and CC Aurora must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then connected via the XGIMI Assistant app.

What can we expect from XGIMI Assistant app?

Access to Google Play store and smart remote control functionality. The XGIMI Assistant app is simple and intuitive.

Do I have to pay VAT / GST?

Yes, customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; XGIMI has no control over these charges.

Is there a warranty?

XGIMI warrants CC Aurora against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date the retail purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
 

If the CC Aurora projector is defective, XGIMI will cover shipping fee to repair the defective device for free in 15 business days. This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, liquid, viruses and spyware, neglect, alterations, and service or repair by other than XGIMI.

What is your return / exchange policy after the Indiegogo campaign is over?

If you received your product and you aren't satisfied, you may exchange it for a new one within 30 days, less shipping & handling fees. Indiegogo does process refunds during the campaign. If you would like a refund, we're sorry to see you go. Please see here for How to Request a Refund.
