Will the magnets in Zolo products harm my devices?
We have extensively tested each Zolo product to make sure that our magnets don’t harm your devices.
When do I select my phone case model and color?
You will receive an email after our campaign is over asking you to make your selection.
How many times will Zolo Batteries charge my phone?
There are lots of technical things that influence this...but most users will get about one charge per from the 1x battery, two charges from the 2x and 4 charges from the 4x.
When will your website + mobile app be launched? Which OS will your mobile app be compatible with?
We’re still building our full website and apps for iOS and Android. If we’re not delayed, we should launch around the time our products ship out.
I don’t have a device that you make a case for. When will you make a case for my device?
We currently only support iPhone 4, 5s/5, 6 and Galaxy S4, S5. If you want us to make a case for your device, vote for your case and get your friends to vote too. As soon as 500 people tell us they want a particular case, we make it.
How are you able to offer such low prices? How long will this last — is this “too good to be true”?
Our pricing is incredibly low, so we need your help to keep it that way. Share our story and help us get the word out so we can reach scale quickly and maintain our rock-bottom prices.

Anywhere — our perk prices already include shipping to wherever you reside.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
We’ll send you a message before we ship to confirm your shipping address — just let us know then.
