1. What’s your quality warranty time ?
Warranty time is 13months after shipping date.
2. Where shall the doorbell install ?
Hoteny Pro is connected with WIFI extender by wireless internet, therefore video doorbell shall approach your door’s frame, the indoor WIFI extender and WIFI router also shall near door and plug in power 110-240V.
3. How to assembly Hoteny Pro doorbell ? how to download APP ?
Firstly fix wall mounting by 4 screws, secondly take doorbell host to buckle on the wall-mounting, finally twist doorbell host together with wall mounting by 2 screws on the bottom.Kindly scan QR we provide by phone, then can download and install APP.
4. What courier will be used for shipping ? How long can I received ?
Normally we will DHL or Fedex express shipping, it will take 3-5 working days.Generally we can not accept slow shipping because it is very easy to miss parcel and shipping time is too long about 25-60 days .
5. Shall we pay importing tax ?
We will put actual price you paid as customs clearance invoice, the importing tax rate is different according to customs rules, our price did not cover any importing tax, kindly check with your local customs tax rate before you order.
6. Can I do my own brand for OEM order with big quantity ?
