4.) Will there be a 240V version? Yes, there will be a 120V version and a 240V version shipped and released at the same time. You will select your desired version during the post-campaign survey.

5.) Does Sparkbox come with a warranty? Yes, a full 2 year manufacturer warranty and has been tested to endure 1,000’s of recharges.

6.) Will there be a 12V CLA integrated? Yes, your production Sparkbox will include a 12V receptacle port that will fit most automotive 12V accessories along with 2 USB ports and a dual AC outlet.

7.) Will Sparkbox be rugged enough for outdoor use? Production units will be weather resistant, splash resistant, have integrated wheels and be rugged for outdoor use.

8.) What about using a Sparkbox indoors? Since it requires no fuel, is quiet and has zero emissions – it is perfect for shelters, basements, medical equipment emergency back-up, power tool & battery charger power source, any location where AC electrical power is needed.

With over 30 years experience in manufacturing consumer electronics the SparkBox team has done 12 months of preparation up to this point. We have an agreement with our factory, we have agreed upon costs, we have a production timeline and have a team to assist in production coordination. The battery technology is solid and our battery source is UL approved. Our goal is to reduce the size of Sparkbox, but that will not cause any delays. We have a world class logistics house who has already tested shipping the samples and we do not see any issues shipping these batteries in the US or EU. The team is made up of two members who have delivered 4 other successful Kickstarter campaigns. The design is complete, the PCB's are laid out and we are teamed with a world class manufacturer that we have worked with before. There are always challenges, but we don't see any risk. We have set our goal to meet our production minimum order quantities this way we will deliver if we hit our goal.
