My name is Alessandro Antonaci, I'm a 27 years old film director from Turin, Italy. I have directed several music videos and some short films.
My latest work was "A Monster Called Ignorance" ("Un Mostro Chiamato Ignoranza"), a 23 minutes short film about gay love and adoptions. This powerful movie gives a strong message against discrimination and homophobia.

Il mio ultimo lavoro è stato "Un Mostro Chiamato Ignoranza", un cortometraggio di 23 minuti che tratta con delicatezza i temi dell'amore gay e delle adozioni. Manda un forte messaggio contro la discriminazione e l'omofobia.

"Karma - Atonement" is my first feature film. And it's my favourite genre ever: a horror movie! It's gonna be in Italian, with English Subtitles.

We've been working to the screenplay for more than 2 months and now we're ready to shoot! The cast is amazing and we took some stunning promotional photos to give you the chance to know our project and the mood of our film. I got the best team ever, we all share the same passion for the filmmaking business and our first goal is to move and to thrill the audience. This business is very hard, so we need your help to make this crazy hot horror movie! We know for sure that if you love horror films, you're going to be very obsessed with "Karma - Atonement"!

Abbiamo lavorato alla sceneggiatura per più di due mesi ed ora siamo pronti a girare! Il cast è splendido ed abbiamo scattato delle potenti foto per darvi la possibilità di conoscere il nostro progetto e l'atmosfera del nostro film. Ho la squadra di lavoro migliore di sempre, condividiamo tutti la passione per il mondo del cinema ed il nostro primo scopo è quello di emozionare ed eccitare il pubblico. Il cinema è un business molto difficile, per questo motivo abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto per fare questo folle film horror! Siamo sicuri che gli appassionati del genere andranno matti per "Karma - L'espiazione"!

"Karma - Atonement" is a feature film. Every filmmaker in the world knows that a feature film is way more expensive than a short film. Especially if you want every image, every sound, every detail to be perfect. As a director, I consider myself very lucky, because I have a professional team that are also my close friends, and that allows me to get the best without spending too much money. This time though, I really need your help, because the project is very ambitious. It will take many hours and days of work and a lot of people.

Come ogni filmmaker al mondo sa, un lungometraggio è molto più costoso rispetto ad un cortometraggio, soprattutto se si pretende che ogni immagine, ogni suono, ogni dettaglio sia perfetto. In qualità di regista, mi sento davvero fortunato, perchè ho una squadra di validi professionisti, che sono anche miei cari amici, e questo mi permette di poter ottenere i migliori risultati senza dover affrontare costi troppo elevati. Ma questa volta ho davvero bisogno di voi, perchè questo progetto è molto ambizioso! Avremo bisogno di ore e giorni di lavoro e di molte persone per portarlo a termine.

"A Monster Called Ignorance" was a very successful project on the internet. I've been working to the Facebook page for months, creating and posting a lot of special extra content: promotional pictures, trailers, music videos. People fell in love with the idea, the message and the story. After 9 months of exclusive premières and film festivals, we decided to release the film on Youtube, because too many people were anxious to watch it. And we're so delighted so many viewers were actually touched and loved the film.

Dopo 9 mesi di anteprime esclusive e festival del cinema, abbiamo deciso di rilasciare il film su Youtube, perchè troppe persone erano ansiose di vederlo. E siamo felicissimi che tanti spettatori si siano emozionati e abbiano amato il film.
