Short Summary
We are an enthusastic and eccentric bunch of independent filmmakers based throughout South-East Queensland in Australia. We have been producing shorts and web-based series' for many years now with some great successes. We have built and established a fantastic crew of people whom have essentially become one big family over the time we've worked together.
'500 Miles' is a feature film that has been in development for almost a decade! It is a heart felt story set in a very real and gritty world. It follows the journey of Emily, a young woman who has been lost in a dark underworld of sex and drugs in order to find meaning to her once perfect life. When all goes to hell, she runs away by stealing a car which ultimately breaks down in the middle of nowhere; a country town where she meets Shane and starts a healing process she never thought she would begin.
But of course, as all good stories do, there a most definitely a few laughs and bumps along the road...
Though a passion project to us, this is a film that has the potential to touch everyone's heart as well as become one of Australia's next best love stories.

What We Need & What You Get
For '500 Miles' we are lucky enough to have built up a lot of our own production gear over the years, and have access to cranes, steadicam, dollies, cameras, lighting +
But what we really need to a few thousand more to help cover the costs of incidentals, catering, location fees etc.

The Impact
We are serious about what we do! You can take that to the bank 110%! Our skills, creativeness and ability to produce films have grown exponentially since the early days and now all we want to do is take what we have developed and put it into a really touching and thought provoking film that people everywhere will enjoy.
