SYNOPSIS
The sequel to Hooper's 2014 film, The Anatomy of a Great Deception, "AGD2" is set for an international theater release in September 2019.
According to Hooper, "AGD1 is about how the demolition of Building 7 first opened my eyes. AGD2 continues the analysis of 9/11 while addressing how such a large deception was pulled off and how it's linked with other major events in history." Hooper shares private struggles and victories on a much deeper level, as well. "I think people who've had their eyes opened by looking into 9/11 will find this film to be cathartic, and a handy tool to give a friend, whose eyes you'd like to open," adds the filmmaker.
PURPOSE OF THE FILM
In September 2014, we met regular-American-turned-filmmaker, David Hooper, while grappling with the ramifications of “one innocent question” about 9/11. The Anatomy of a Great Deception Trilogy continues with AGD2 in September 2019, on the heels of AGD1’s 45-city release, viewed by 30 million people and counting.
AGD2 delves deeply into the 9/11 attacks, and much further, while addressing “how” such a massive ruse was orchestrated. Like AGD1, Hooper discloses the unvarnished truth of his personal struggles and victories in coping with many staggering discoveries that will leave viewer’s jaws on the ground. Together, these films tell the story millions across the world have experienced, who’ve had their eyes opened.

USE OF THE FUNDS
Of the funds raised, about $70k will be used to finish the movie, which includes the final edits plus video and sound engineering. The remainder of the funds will be used to execute the Marketing & Distribution Plan of the film.
The film will be released through conventional film sales channels, including digital platforms. But, it's the proprietary distribution plan that really has potential, which aims to get the film positioned for sale in the checkout/impulse-buying area of thousands of retailers both online and offline across several geographic regions at a time.
Depending on the campaign's level of success, the film will initially be released in NYC, Detroit, Chicago & San Francisco, where the filmmakers have personal ties to each city. If this strategy is successful, we'll continue releasing the film in a city-by-city pattern until something or someone stops us.
