WE ARE MUSICAL EXPLORERS
Music is our passion. And we think collaboration is essential.
We are trying to find new ways to do music and build community through music. It’s the common language that we all speak and how we make sense of this chaotic life that we’re in. We look for people to collaborate with that have talent, a rootedness to life and who draw out the best in us. Then we get to draw out the best in them and put that on display.
WHY CROWD-FUNDING?
The reality is that we need your help. We need financial support to make our dreams a reality and get our music out to the world. We've been writing these songs over the past four years and now is the best time for us to document them, distribute them, and forge a place in the music scene in Atlanta and as songwriters in the music industry.
WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
STUDIO RECORDING – MASTERING – MUSICIANS – TAXES & FEES – PRODUCT – DISTRIBUTION
Any help that people give toward us will go back to the band, to Atlanta and our community of musicians here so that we can encourage and inspire more people to come together around good music. We want to draw out the best in others and have them draw out our best as well. That’s what we are all about.
This album that we want to record is showing love and unity with us as musicians. We desire to consistently pull in people from all different backgrounds, different genres of music, creating exciting new collaborations and sounds. We are focusing our energies on crafting the best, most honest songs we can. We hope our music inspires people.
WHY ARE WE RECORDING?
We have a sense of urgency about capturing this right now because it is the only way for us to get our music efficiently in front of people that are gatekeepers for gigs, for opportunities for placement in media. The bottom line is that we want you to hear, enjoy, and share this music!
Having a high quality recording is the currency with which we can get next opportunities.
With technology today our music can go anywhere and can be heard on any device and in any corner of the globe. It’s really exciting to think of the possibilities that this project will afford us!
