2014 started better than we could ever imagine. After being selected as the support act for Mister & Mississippi and De Nieuwe Lichting at Studio Brussel, we reached the finals of the legendary Humo's Rock Rally! Now, a few months later, we are heading for a new challenge: a DIY-tour through the Spanish mainland!
The mini-van is booked, the gigs are sorted, we found low-budget accomodation and a local promotor. We killed the Byron Bay piggy bank and our own bank accounts without mercy so we could pay for the costs.
But unfortunately we couldn't fill the financial gap completely on our own. That's why we are asking for your support! By giving us that little push in the back, you can help us get the engine started! We are more than happy to give an exclusive item in return. Let's do this!
Byron what?

Here you go: the faces behind Byron Bay. From left to right: David (piano), Tom (frontman), Dries (guitar) and Sander (drums). We bring folk-pop spiced up with electronic drums and polyphonous singing.
Our story starts in 2012. For the first time Tom makes some noise after his song ‘God Only Knows’ gets airplay at Radio 1, being the Viberecord of the week.
A year later Byron Bay is born. We start winning contests, and we end the year as the support act of Marco Z and Mister & Mississippi. As a cherry on the cake, Isolde Lasoen selects Byron Bay with 'Goldfish' as a finalist of De Nieuwe Lichting at Studio Brussels.
Not much later we reached the finals of the prestigious Humo's Rock Rally, an amazing experience! A few months after we are making plans for a first EP. But before that we are taking our music across the Belgian borders to finetune our sound and our live-experience.

How can I support?
Let's be clear: we are NOT begging you to finance the summer holiday of a bunch of kids. We take this tour and it's impact on our music seriously. We are also NOT asking for charity. We are more than happy to give you something in exchange for your support!
