The goal of this campaign is to fund the production and fulfillment of Colton Crux, an occult noir graphic novel inspired by the work of H. P. Lovecraft, the movie Inception, and old Noir films (particularly the ones starring the great Humphrey Bogart like The Maltese Falcon, All Through the Night and The Big Sleep).

Synopsis: After centuries of political infighting, the Church that was meant to stand guard against the forces of darkness, not only forgot its purpose but became an obstacle to it. This is a story about a paranormal PI manipulated by both sides, that must investigate a series of supernatural cases to discover a secret history of the world, and find a way to stop an incoming invasion.

Colton Crux EXTRA NOIR

Besides the main fully colored version of the book, you can also pre-order a B&W version that will include extras like concept art accompanied by world-building details for those who want to learn more about the world the story is set in and the developing process behind it.

Team

The book is fully created by Nashotobi (twitter/instagram) a writer/artist from Ukraine. Matt Crotts serves as a project manager and will handle its printing and fulfillment locally in the US. Matt already has a successful experience with producing and fulfilling his own graphic novel series KYRIE.

KYRIE is inspired by the Indiana Jones series. The story is set in Ancient Rome and follows a team of treasure hunters and outcasts, who race across North Africa to uncover the secrets of Alexander the Great and stop an Ancient Roman death cult.
