Hello!

My name is David Mitchell and after performing and playing music for many years I am putting together my debut solo guitar album! It will feature some of my favourite tunes I've collected over the years; mainly from the Folk tradition but also a few Classical pieces alongside my own compositions. This gives it a special approach and will include pieces that audiences have particularly asked for and enjoyed seeing performed live.

I have started recording already. The funding will allow me to partially cover the costs early on in producing, printing and promoting an album. This campaign is mainly focused on the massive help that pre-orders can have on giving my recorded music the best beginning.

What I Need & What You Get

As the album recording is already underway, I have settled on £1500 being a number which will be used to help cover a number of areas as an independent artist.

Some funds will go on getting things moving with promotional materials for a well-rounded PR campaign as well as printing costs and fulfilling the pre-orders.

The perks will include:

• Being the first to get digital and physical copies of the album.
• Signed copies of the album.
• Personal performances.
• Lessons.
• More to be announced over the coming months!

If I don't reach my goal then, although disappointing, never fear for the album will still get made and anyone who has pledged and ordered will still have their perk met.

If I make more than my goal then I can use the money for professional photos and videos to accompany the album tracks.
