Short Summary

Hi, my name is Jordan Krall. I run Dunhams Manor Press which is the Weird Fiction imprint of Dynatox Ministries. Since December 2012, I've published such authors as Wilum Pugmire, D.P. Watt, Joseph Pulver Sr., DJ Tyrer, Thomas Ligotti, Scott Nicolay, Michael Griffin, Christopher Slatsky, Glynn Owen Barrass, Edward Morris, Tom Lynch, and John Claude Smith among many others.

Since 2007, I've also been an author, writing books for Eraserhead Press, Black Rainbows Press, LegumeMan Books, Copeland Valley Press, and MorbidBooks. 

I also edited and published the anthology MIGHTY IN SORROW, a tribute to Current 93 and David Tibet. Not only has it been approved by David Tibet himself, a copy was recently given to Nick Cave by David himself!

What We Need & What You Get

• I'm trying to raise $2,500 for three purposes. One, I'd like to pay the authors more. Two, I'd like to afford more artists for covers and interior art in order to add to the wonderful stories I'm publishing. This is especially the case for the new journal I'll be editing. Lastly, I'd like to be able to send copies of Dunhams Manor Press books to people around the country (or world) in order to act as liaisons at conventions.
• Perks? We got them. Considering DMP is a small press, we do limited editions that have become quite collectible in the Weird Fiction community. Most publications are published in runs of 50 copies and they go fast. Contributing to this campaign will guarantee you one title or more.

The Impact

• My purpose in running Dunhams Manor Press is to make available a wide variety of quality Weird Fiction in attractive and collectible editions. I think of these stories not as products but as works of art. 
• So far I've run two successful Indiegogo campaigns two years in a row for my annual writer's convention KrallCon.

Risks & Challenges

• Let's face it: authors work hard and deserve to be paid. Luckily I've worked with authors who understand that I'm a small press and can only pay so much but I'd like to afford to pay them a bit more. Artists also deserve money for their work. Most of the covers I've done myself. Others have been graciously done by artists who were willing to work within my budget. But I'd like to afford to pay them more.
