Hello.  My name is Dana Cowden, and I am the Writer/Director of “Ella and the Sun”. This is a story about a little girl who’s best friends are the Sun and Wind, and her Mother’s struggle to understand and help her daughter. When things get out of hand, what’s best for Ella? There are no easy answers. If you’ve ever been in a situation yourself, or know and love someone who has had struggles being “different”, then you will understand my reasons for making this film.

Please contribute if you can to this film. Almost everyone involved is donating their time and talent, but we still need to rent more equipment, for the shoot, and for post-production. This story deserves to be told in a beautiful way and that takes resources. Any amount  is so appreciated.
