Après le Grand Livre de la Peinture de figurine, co-écrit avec de nombreux tenors du milieu de la figurine, Jérémie revient avec une nouvelle série d’ouvrages thématiques, enrichis de son experience. Ces ouvrages seront édités par FIGONE, déjà connue pour éditer et distribuer des figurines de grande qualité, à destination des collectionneurs et des peintres.

Après l’incroyable succès de Rocco sur Indiegogo, Figone reprend le modèle de financement participatif pour cette série de livres.

Ce livre, le premier d’une grande série, abordera de nombreux thèmes, au travers de la peinture de figurines exclusives, avec des pas à pas détaillés, illustrés de nombreuses photos et schémas.

Le livre de 104 pages sera disponible dans deux langues, anglais et français.

Il sera accompagné, pour les perks niveau 3 et 4, d’une figurine exclusive, la Reine de la barbarie, sculptée par Christian Hardy .

Un t-shirt original qui plaira à tous les figurinistes est disponible avec les perks 1 et 4

Proportionnellement au succès de la campagne, des pages additionnelles dans le livre seront ajoutées si les stretch-goals 1 et 2 sont débloqués.

Une seconde figurine, la Reine de la Mort, sera offerte à tous les contributeurs des perks 2 et + si le stretch 3 est atteint

Cette figurine sera sculptée par Stéphane Camosseto, dont les réalisations commencent à trouver une place de choix sur les étagères des peintres exigeants.

La campagne durera 6 semaines, à l’issue desquelles le livre sera envoyé à l’impression. Que l’objectif soit atteint ou non, il sera imprimé. 

Nous posterons régulièrement des images du contenu en cours de finalisation, des premières pages, et des figurines en cours de sculptures, ainsi que celles qui seront abordées dans les différents chapitres.

Financer l’impression d’un grand nombre de livre, notamment dans deux langues (français et anglais), afin de le rendre disponible et accessible au plus grand nombre, et les coûts liés au stockage des ouvrages, est  toujours onéreux.

Toutefois, nous avons décidé de garder un objectif raisonnable à atteindre, bien inférieur aux coûts de fabrication des livres. C’est un pari osé, et nous comptons sur vous pour nous aider à l’atteindre !

Les frais d'envois sont inclus dans le montant de tous les perks, quelque soit la destination.

Les deux stretchs étant débloqués, le livre fera 120 pages!

Jérémie Bonamant Teboul

JBT est l'un des noms les plus connus de la scène figurinistique internationale. Il vit à Lyon, et France, et peint des figurines depuis plus de 20 ans. Il a travaillé comme peintre, sculpteur, et directeur artistique pour différentes marques de figurines (Ilyad Games, Rackham, Kraken Edition, Artefactory), il a par ailleurs créé sa propre société: FIGONE (website). C'est aussi un peintre freelance, et un sculpteur, il a par ailleurs publié livres et DVD sur la peinture de Figurine.

Simon M. Jones

Simon est britannique, en France depuis plus de 15 ans.  Il  est écrivain et traducteur dans sa langue natale, l'Anglais. Figuriniste de surcroit, il est familier avec le vocabulaire spécialisé et les techniques de Jérémie, et est donc la personne idéale pour aider à écrire et traduire le livre.

Aline Clabaut

Aline cotoie depuis son plus jeune âge avec son frère les univers fantastiques et les jeux de figurine. Graphiste de métier, elle a toutes les compétences pour réaliser la charte graphique et la mise en page du livre.

Christian Hardy

Christian est un des sculpteurs le plus en vogue en ce moment.  On le retrouve en haut du podium des plus grands concours  en Europe et aux Etats-Unis(Games Day, Monte San Savino, MFCA...) ou au sein des entreprises les plus exigentes.

Sculpteur au potentiel incroyable, consciencieux au possible, Stéphane épate à chacune de ses nouvelles réalisations. Il fait une entrée fracassante dans Figone avec ce projet. Nul doute qu'il y en aura d'autres...

After the Grand Livre de la Peinture de Figurine [The Big Book of Miniature Painting], co-written with many great names from the miniature painting hobby, Jérémie is back with a new series of books, benefitting from his experience. These books will be published by FIGONE, already known for their creation and distribution of high quality models for collectors and painters.

After the incredible success of Rocco on Indiegogo, FIGONE once again turns to crowd funding to make this great series of books a reality.

This book, the first of an exceptional series, covers numerous topics, explaining them clearly with detailed, step-by-step painting of many never before seen models and copious illustrations.

The 104 page book will be available in English and in French.

It will be accompanied for level 3, 4 and 5 perks by an exclusive model: The Barbarian Queen, sculpted by Christian Hardy.

An original t-shirt which will suit every miniature painter will be available with perks 1, 4 and 5.

Depending on the success of the campaign, extra pages will be added to the book when stretch goals 1 and 2 are unlocked.

A second model, the Queen of Death, will be offered to all contributors of perk 2 and above when stretch goal 3 is reached. This model will be sculpted by Stéphane Camosseto, whose work is starting to earn pride of place on the shelves of some of our more demanding painters.

The campaign will last for 6 weeks, at the end of which the book will be sent to the printers. The book will be printed whether the objective is met or not. 

We’ll be posting images of the content being finalized, sample pages and the models being sculpted, on a regular basis.

We are looking to finance the printing of a large number of books in both English and French to make the content available to the largest number of people; we also need to cover the costs of stocking the books which is always expensive.

However, we’ve decided to make the objective as achievable as possible and kept it much lower than the book’s actual printing costs. It’s a daring move and we’re counting on you to make it work!

Shipping costs are included in the pledge amounts.

As these two stretchs are unlocked, the book will contain 120 pages!

Simon M. Jones
Simon is a Brit exiled in France for over 15 years. He is a writer and translator in his mother tongue, English. He’s also a lifelong miniature painter and is familiar with the specialized lexicon of the hobby as well as Jérémie’s techniques which makes him the perfect person to help write and translate the book.

Aline Clabaut

Aline has been rubbing shoulders with fantasy worlds and miniature games at her brother’s side since her youth. A professional illustrator, she has all the skills needed to create the book’s layout and set the artwork.

Christian Hardy

Christian is one of the most popular sculptors of the moment. He can be found at the top of the podium at some of the biggest contests in Europe and in the United-States (Games Day, Monte San Savino, MFCA etc.) or working with well-known miniatures companies.

Stéphane Camosseto
