The Design Gaming Sleeve is made of polyester, which is the superior fiber when it comes to compression in general. The extra benefits of this fiber includes; better breathability, ability to regulate moisture, sweat wicking capabilities and extra comfort. The standard Gaming Sleeve is made of nylon, which also is a great material for compression sleeves, but not as good as the polyester fiber.

It's been known for a long time in the gaming community that the discomfort you encounter with your underarm and wrist against the mousepad is a big problem. Many people in their early 20's suffer from injuries related to using a computer mouse, and perform worse because of the high friction, lack of stability, and the injuries that arise.

With the Flashe Gaming Glove you never have to worry about this problem again. The underside is completely covered with teflon, the same friction reducing material that you usually find on the underside of your computer mouse. While looking for ways to solve this problem, we started researching, and observing studies to see what the optimal angle towards a gaming mouse is. Studies show that part of the reason that leads to injuries related to a computer mouse is the angle towards the mouse, and that we should strive to keep a straight arm in relation to the computer mouse.

How everything started
For as long as he can remember, Oskar "Dodde" Ödmark have played video games. While always trying to improve his gameplay, he started to realise that a key element to improved gameplay is precise mouse movement, and not getting injured. In 2014, he suffered from a shoulder injury related to movement with a computer mouse and took a break from gaming, with rehab training for almost 2 years.
Oskar played games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and World of Warcraft, but his most prominent game was League of Legends. In 2016 he started playing it again, and found himself, like a lot of people, being stuck in silver/gold rank for a long time. Once again, he felt the discomfort of his underarm and his wrist against the mousepad, and performed bad, while also feeling the shoulder injury coming back. In September 2016 he stopped playing and continued his studies in mechanical engineering, but didn't give up his dream to play games at a very high level.
After taking another break from gaming, Oskar started to look for a solution to solve the problems he was encountering. In February 2017 the idea was born, and combined with his studies, Oskar developed the first ever Flashe Gaming Glove.

He instantly noticed improvements in his gameplay, and within 3 months he climbed from silver/gold to diamond rank in League of Legends (top 0,6%).

After struggling for so many years with high friction and unstable movement, he finally became one with the mouse and started moving it with less effort and with a controlled movement. For the first time in many years, he didn't feel the stress on his shoulder that he usually would after long hours in front of the computer. Oskar knew that this was something that could potentially help millions of people around the globe, so he started creating CAD-designs for additional testing. After months of late hours after school, he finally came up with designs that highlighted the technical functions of the Flashe Gaming Glove.

Following this, he started collaborating with AWA-patent in Linköping regarding a patent application for the world's first, performance enhancing, gaming glove. In February 2018, a patent application was filed for the Flashe Gaming Glove.
After the patent application, Oskar started assembling a Team in order to make the Flashe Gaming Glove a reality. Finally, Oskar wanted to develop the Flashe Gaming Glove even further, to ensure the best possible quality and performance. He then collaborated with Prodelox in Linköping, and after months of hard work and prototype testing with Prodelox and his fantastic team, they developed what we now come to know as the World's First Performance Enhancing Gaming Glove - The Flashe Gaming Glove.

Risks & Challenges
Making hardware is almost always a difficult process. Since the Flashe Gaming Glove is the first of it's kind, and since there is nothing similar to it on the market, it could potentially lead to delays in manufacturing. However, we are confident about the capability of the product and possess deep knowledge of all the fundamental components of the Flashe Gaming Glove.
We've done everything we can to set ourselves up to be ready and on time to solve unanticipated delays. If something does come up, we will be forthright and transparent about it.
