Ultra-Durable Ballistic Nylon

After designing the original G-RO carry-on from ballistic nylon, we created the Check-In from the same durable, water-resistant material.

630D Nylon

Flexible and lightweight, the 630D nylon was the perfect material to craft the standard Backpack Light with.

Stingrey Polyblend

After investigating different fabrics to add to the G-RO family our engineers created water-resistant polyblend that's lightweight and as fashionable as it is durable.

We're very excited to let you know that all G-RO products offered in this campaign will come with a TILE Slim Bluetooth Tracker. Small and compact, it works with a dedicated app that connects you to Tile, the largest lost-and-found community in the world.

International Shipping

At the present time we cannot guarantee international fulfillment from international distribution centers. While we are not certain this will be the arrangement, please be aware of any importation duties your country may charge you when buying products internationally.

Refund Policy 

Indiegogo is not a store, but rather a donation-based platform designed to bring creative projects to life. In accordance with Indiegogo’s Terms of Use, we will not offer refunds or returns for non-defective merchandise. If there is a problem or defect with your product, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us at info@g-ro.com. 

While we are not obligated to refund a pledge post-campaign, if you are truly not satisfied with your G-RO we will refund your original pledge less a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and crowdfunding fees. You must notify us within 14 days of your receipt of the product and return your product in unused condition, along with the original packaging. 

Shipping Limitations 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and verified by our warehouse. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 

Due to legal restrictions on shipping electronics, units in some countries will not include electronics. These countries include, but are not limited to Israel, South Korea and certain places in the Middle East. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Warranty

We construct our luggage to last – that’s why our products are backed by warranty. Please note that the warranty only extends to the original owner of luggage sold by G-RO or an authorized G-RO reseller. Proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty requests. Please register your product(s) by downloading the G-RO App to be eligible for warranty service.

Wheeled Luggage - The parts of your luggage that bear the most burden – the wheels – are guaranteed for life. If at any time the wheels on your luggage stop functioning normally due to manufacturer defect, G-RO will repair or replace as deemed appropriate at no cost to you. The body of your luggage is guaranteed for a full 5 years after your delivery date. If there is any issue caused by manufacturer defect within the first year, G-RO will repair or replace as deemed appropriate at no cost to you. For years two through five, your only responsibility will be the cost to ship the item(s) to us if needed. G-RO will cover return shipping. 

Non-wheeled Luggage - Non-wheeled luggage, such as backpacks, is guaranteed for a full 5 years after your delivery date. If there is any issue caused by manufacturer defect within the first year, G-RO will repair or replace as deemed appropriate at no cost to you. For years two through five, your only responsibility will be the cost to ship the item(s) to us if needed. G-RO will cover return shipping. 

External Components (applies to all luggage) - External components such as power banks, USB cords, power adapters and luggage trackers are guaranteed for 1 year after your delivery date. If there is any issue caused by manufacturer defect within this timeframe, G-RO will repair or replace as deemed appropriate at no cost to you. 

General (applies to all luggage) - The warranty in its entirety covers manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship and does not cover any damage caused by: Misuse (such as transportation of unusual items); accidental damage; abrasion; exposure to extreme temperatures and materials; normal wear and tear; or damage during transport (including damage caused by airline carriers or other transport providers).  

Alterations to Product

The product representations and details are current as of the time of your pledge. Although products are as close to the final version as possible, products may change throughout the campaign, and G-RO reserves the right to make any changes due to ongoing testing, materials sourcing, feedback and other development activities. Our goal is always to launch the best version of each product when it goes to production.
