Our Story

There are more than 30 million slaves in the world today, many of whom are children. Imagine your son, daughter, or loved one being trapped into slavery and treated as a sexual object. Dr. Jonathan Fung has a young daughter whom he loves more than anything. His heart breaks thinking about innocent children living such horrendous and traumatizing lives. Dr. Fung is inspired to take personal action to fight the injustice of human trafficking and spread awareness through his film Hark. His crew was inspired by the power of the script and eager to work hard to produce an original and engaging film.

Hark is about a man who is confronted with a moral dilemma to either continue living a self-absorbed life or to change his ways by doing the right thing.  This story draws attention to the harsh reality of human trafficking and shines light where there is darkness.  Hark is a story of hope that is intended to encourage the viewer to make a difference in our society.
