About Our New Album

The Crooked Jades has been making music for 30 years, performing all over the US and overseas. We’ve collaborated with amazing artists, composed soundtracks for acclaimed films and released 9 studio albums. This year we are heading back into the studio for our 10th album project! We would love your help bringing to life this new recording celebrating our 30 years of exploring the roots of Americana, interweaving the diverse musical influences of the old-world melting pot. We have a fantastic concept for this new album which we are so inspired and excited about. The album will reimagine songs, culled from the soundtracks of our own lives, through the lens of old time music. We are excited to rediscover and amplify the music that has inspired us over the decades. Our experiments in this direction have been so rewarding for us, that we want to share this alchemy with all of you!

How You Can Help

We are very proud to be independent artists, but that means that we don’t have a record company backing us. So, we are reaching out to you, our community, the folks who have supported us for all these years, to help us raise the money that we need to make this album a reality. Your contributions will go directly towards a recording studio rental, a sound engineer, producing, mixing, mastering, and royalty fees.
