This duo promises to be a musical force to be reckoned with, that is until Toulou's past returns to haunt her. Jib Toulou's brother, a man with a dark soul, and a dark secret. His presence threatens all that is good in Toulou's world. Candy Lady the local hoodoo madam, having lost all her men and her children tries to provide Toulou with guidance to keep her from ending up like her.
