My name is Jen Majura and like mostly a lot of you already know, since summer 2015 I am the new guitarist of the rock band EVANESCENCE.

We just finished our South American/European tour and have a very busy year ahead, probably the most exciting year in my career so far…
In between all the touring with my lovely band mates in EVANESCENCE, I have decided for 2017 to be the year when I am going to record my second solo album! Hashtag #whooopwhooop
Already now 4 great guest musicians have agreed to join my production with a guest solo appearance such as my dear friend Mattias IA Eklundh (Freak Kitchen) from Sweden, my buddy Jeff Waters (Annihilator) from Canada and the one and only fabulous Alex Skolnick (Testament/Metal Allegiance,  who I owe so much after he was the one throwing in my name when EVANESCENCE were scouting guitarists) from New York, just to name a few.

With all the EVANESCENCE touring and recording the new project album “Synthesis”, I am overwhelmingly happy that I have managed to be in the studio with my second album in August this year - to record my own and VERY JEN-LIKE album! Creating music followed by recording an album is a very emotional special thing and I am really looking forward to it.

All of you are one of the most important things to me and my heart, that's why I started this crowdfunding campaign in the first place because I would like you all to become part of the creation of my new solo album!

I would like to offer you very unique, special and like I said personal items that mean a lot to me with this crowd funding campaign, such as parts of stage outfits:

Cool rocking converse EMP boots I wore during my very first EVANESCENCE show ever, back in November 2015 at the Nashville Marathon Music Works... I remember me being all excited, shaky and nervous when I put them on 30 minutes before show start and they had been touring with me, Amy and the boys for quite some shows and circled the world once.

Speaking of shoes: These shoes are something very unique and special to me too as I wore them during the overshooting for my very first solo album. That picture with me sitting on that sofa in this incredible location has been used gazillion times for press articles about me as well and now you get the chance to have these unique shoes for yourself!

Another very personal perk item is my rad varnish stage outfit that I was wearing at many, not to say almost all the shows with my back in the days German rock band Knorkator with who I played from 2012-2014. I was wearing the same outfit as well during the Frankfurt Musik Messe show which I played in my first year as an Ibanez endorsee. 

Usually I keep 1 set list to remember the song order we played during the last tour... this original set list is from the US fall 2016 tour.

I´ve also kept some from the 2017 EU tour. (these 2 are signed by Amy and me)

You can also get 2 of my guitar straps (signed) that I played on all EVANESCENCE shows since 2015. It´s a high quality leather strap that was custom made for me by Richter Straps, a small company from the area I grew up.

The beautiful black skirt I was wearing during the show at Wacken Open Air back in the days in 2009 when I sang the song “Lord of the flies” with the German power metal band RAGE for over 90.000 fans. I always like to tell this story as I had been so nervous on that day that my knees were shaky and – thanks to the great dress – no one could see it hahaha;)

Another cool item is a big framed picture you can get (68x68cm). The picture will be signed for you. 

You can also get a pair of unique and custom handmade socks. You pick the color, name your size and I´ll knit your a pair of custom socks. How cool is that? 

Beside all these rather unusual perks you of course can pre-order my new CD “InZENity” and there are a whole bunch of different packages: You can either just pre-order your physical copy with one of my custom guitar picks I use or even in combination together with one of the last copies of my fist self-titled album, for the case you haven’t bought it yet. 

I never had my own Jen Majura merch, but I will put out some t-shirts and tank tops exclusively  for this campaign, which will be available in different packages. Those shirts will only be available in this campaign.
