Intro
Hello everyone,
Thank you very much for your time for reading and sharing this (yes, it will be awesome if you can share it even before you're done reading!). To start it off, my name is Joshua Kevin. I have more than a few years of experience being in the tech ecosystem in Asia, generally, and in Indonesia, specifically. With half of that experience being a tech blogger, I spent most of my time writing and reading tech blogs. With that in mind, I thought, why don't I hit two birds with one stone: I can help people while I do what I love to do.
This campaign or project is being made for people who are in the tech ecosystem in Asia, nor interested in the tech ecosystem in Asia, yet they are either unable to keep up with all the posts from tech blogs covering Asia or they are just too busy to do that. In this project, I will help you. How? I will curate the best and most important articles/posts from the tech blogs, and deliver it to your e-mail, daily! Again, this is not a substitute to your RSS reader, but I'd say - a compliment to that. Plus, I will cover some startups that haven't been covered by the tech blog so far in a different way. So, if you are a startup, e-mail me!
Personally, this project is an experiment of trying out a crowdfunding service (my first) and to see how big is the demand of a curated newsletter plus additional voice from an individual. Although it is an experiment, any benefits that I will get from this project will go directly to funding my future startup that I'm building. In a way, you are a micro angel investor in my startup!
What You Back Is What You Get (WYBIWYG)
Our goal is to get $2000 or at least 1,000 subscribers to make this project a feasible one to do for me. Depending on how much you are backing me for, you will get this benefit:
- $1 - The very basic package, you will get a one month subscription to the newsletter, with an occasional tech-related ads.
- $2 - Same one month subscription, but free of Ads.
- $10 - Subscribe for one year (12 months) of the basic, and get $2 off! (with Ads)
- $20 - 12 months of subscription with no ads.
- $35 - 24 months of subscription with no ads.
- $50 - Get two years of subscription and a coffee with me.
- $100 - Get two years of subscription, a coffee with me, and your name on the newsletter for the first year of the service.

Ultimate Goal
I believe that this project, if successful, will not benefit just me - personally - but also my future employees of the startup, my future customers or clients, or if we are being a bit dramatic, the whole world can get a little(emphasis here) bit better. So, with your help, this young-hopeful entrepreneur can make another step to the better side.
At the same time, I do promise that if, again, this project is running well by the time the deadline has ended. There will be more fun yet useful projects in the future like, maybe, e-books that will cover successful startups in Indonesia, or even larger than that.
