Short Summary
My name is Eric B Author, and I am the author of the series of the newest superheroes to drop onto the scene: the Night Crusaders. The purpose of this campaign I am running here today is to raise the funds I need to self-publish episode 3 of the Night Crusaders series.
The theme of the Night Crusaders series is LIFE, and the series attempts to demonstrate a futuristic North America dealing with overly-exaggerated everyday life scenarios, and the role a band of clad-in-black, flying motorcycle-riding superheroes play in such a world.
In episode one — Cult of Steiphen — we got to see our superheroes battle government corruption, a cult-leader terrorist and a pending doomsday scenario. In episode two — Realm of the Invader — we explored the origin story of the Night Crusaders, as well as watched them battle an alien invasion. And now in episode three, we will take a look into a population trying to recover itself after an alien invasion as well as a cult of magic practitioners becoming the New World Order of the province of Draegahn.
What We Need & What You Get
My need is simple: to raise the funds to publish episode three. This includes professional editing, a custom book cover and everything that need to be done to transform my manuscript into a softcover (and pdf and kindle version), marketable book.
But the way I see it, this campaign is not just for me, but for my audience as well. And my audience include you: my contributors. And I kept this in mind while designing the perks for each and every one of you.
As your will see, there are many donation amounts you can make. Some will enable you to be thanked in a YouTube video, and my YouTube channel. Others will enable you to be acknowledged in the book itself. There are even ones that will earn you a thank-you in every single published Night Crusader book from here until the finale, in episode 11!
And, of course, some donation amounts enable you to receive an autographed copy of episode three, and even ones where you can get an autographed copy of episodes one and two.
And if you are one of the lucky few big donors, you can even get a chance to create your own character that I must feature in one of the future Night Crusaders series episodes!
I hope I can reach my goal for this campaign, and quickly. But if I should fall short, all of the funds donated will go into publishing, and we’ll do our best to finish as best and fast as we can with what we have.

Because, I mean, come on, nobody wants to read a story about what they experience in their lives everyday. You want an escape. You want a chance to dive into a tale that provides danger and insurmountable odds, yet gives hope, and a chance to make the world a better place through the lessons of the story being told to them.
