Hello there, I'm Ron Bonk, owner of SRS Cinema (an indie production & distribution company now in its 30th year). I am working with cult director Evan Jacobs (The "Death Toilet" series, The "DV" series, "Amityville Death Toilet", "Schusterman Levine") to bring you "Mansplained" - an exciting, fun and scary production that reflects on today's social climate. 

"Sara is unhappy in her job, her relationships, and just about everything else she has going on in her life. One Friday night, a night she thinks her longtime boyfriend is going to propose, Sara is surprised when things don’t go as planned. Soon things turn violent and Sara has to cover her tracks. This all coincides with a visit from a know-it-all plumber, a nosey neighbor, and phone calls from a friend who talks incessantly. Tired of being MANSPLAINED by the world, Sara enacts the best kind of Polanski-esque revenge on her would be mansplainers."

We've set the goal low - $1000. This is not the budget of the movie, but it will help us make the movie that much better - plus by setting a low goal, we are hoping to be funded early and get the movie trending! The money raised here will help us bring in talent, order props, create the special effects, and feed/shelter the talent. Evan has amazing energy, and his films are unique visions and a riot to watch! And you know if he starts a movie, it WILL get made (and with SRS behind him, a guaranteed release too). This is your chance to not only be a part of his work, but also get your name billed alongside his.  You can be listed in the credits for a "special thanks" all the way on up to top billing as an executive producer! Every penny helps, so even if we don't hit our goal, the money will go directly to the production to deliver that much more entertaining of a movie for you.

Artist like Evan work many years, at ultra low budgets, just because they love what they are doing - making movies! He's enjoyed little to no profits on most of these movies, and it's not even his full time job (how he makes so many movies, AND work 40 hours a week, I have no idea).  We've only recently started pursuing productions with Evan, and we're hoping to continue to build things with him. I've produced many movies, and many more with other filmmakers, and I have a reputation of getting these projects delivered and out into the market, and my prior campaigns have rave reviews.
