Hello, folks!
My name is Henry Campbell and I am a senior at Savannah College of Art and Design studying Film & Television Production.
In the coming months, I will em(bark) on the creation of my senior thesis. In true ‘passion project’ fashion, this film will combine everything I have learned from SCAD and beyond, and act as a tribute to all those who’ve inspired me along the way.
I started at SCAD in 2019, just before the lockdown caused by COVID-19, with one goal in mind: Create films that make people smile and laugh. Now I’d like to take my final bow with MOCAP Dog, a film created using my skills and experiences throughout my time here at SCAD. I have curated a team full of extremely talented and driven individuals to make this film a reality.
But we can’t achieve this projects’ full potential without your help.
MOCAP Dog is set to start filming February of 2023. As we continue to work through our pre production process we have nailed down a few specific areas donations would be vital such as production design, costume design, cast & crew fees, and more

Summary
In the surrealist comedy MOCAP Dog, Casey approaches his first real acting gig filled with nerves and naivety. He has been chosen to play the role of a dog owner in a heartwarming new family film. This is his long-awaited opportunity for success in his career…until his first day on set, when he discovers that his pet dog is played by a celebrity method actor in a motion capture suit. This extreme method actor truly believes he is a dog—an untrained dog—and Casey must learn to handle the barking, the marking, and the general mayhem caused by his costar to earn the respect he desires. To make matters worse, the crew will do anything to keep their star dog happy.
What We Need & What You Get
We are looking to raise $3000 in funding. This will help us achieve the goals set for this film, including: production design, equipment rentals, locations and more. Since this is a student senior thesis, our personal fund isn’t enough! We’re looking for the support of local Savannians, friends, family, and anyone excited about this project!
