Moon Goddess Alchemy is Black and Indigenous Woman owned. It was founded by Brittany Leigh and Sabrina Johnson in 2023. Between the two of these women they have over 30 years of experience in practicing witchcraft. Brittany Leigh is a celebrity Tarot Reader and Evidential Medium who has been practicing magick since she was a child. Originally from Florida, she spent her time perfecting her craft and studying witchcraft in New Orleans. Sabrina grew up in upstate New York and spent time studying multiple spiritual practices in Lily Dale, NY. She began her practice in 2009 after a paranormal experience. Working with the moon phases has been a large part of both Brittany and Sabrina's practices, which is why they chose to name their business Moon Goddess Alchemy, in honor of the Goddess Selene.

What Sets Our Kits Apart
There are a plethora of witch kits and spiritual kits in existence but very few are practical. We have not found any that include homemade candles, oils, and soaks made directly by the creator. We infuse our own magick into every item. Sabrina hand makes every candle in her kitchen. She uses her personal extensive collection of herbs and oils to create every oil blend and ritual bath soak. Each herb is put into the products with specific intent and these products have been tested over the years.
Our witch kit include a spell candle, intention oil blend, and ritual bath soak, all handmade by Sabrina. The kit will also include a handmade wooden keepsake/altar box, handmade incense, a witch's bell, and a crystal that we personally have chosen. Our other kits contain items for the spiritual person who may not be an active practitioner. Each of the items in every box hold a personal place in our practice and in our lives and we want to share that with you. We have created these kits to be enjoyed by the spiritual person who loves to pamper themselves to the novice witch to the experienced practitioner.

The Witch Kit
Handmade Spell/Intention Candle
For thousands of years, people have used candles to advance intention and manifestation. You will love this package whether you employ spell candles in your magickal work or just prefer to light a candle to aid in everyday manifestation. For each of the intention candles that Sabrina makes, she uses crystals, herbs, flowers, and pure essential oils. The result is a potent intentional/spell candle that burns beautifully. Additionally, Brittany and Sabrina will bless each candle over their altars in order to imbue each candle with their own magick.

Intention Oil Blend
Throughout antiquity, the use of essential oils has long been considering a mechanism for enhancing beauty, connecting with the spirit realm, medicinal value, religious observation, and spiritual and physical well being. This has been practiced all over the world for over 5,000 years. Today, essential oil usage is extremely popular, especially amongst those on a spiritual path. We custom blend our own oils in large batches using herbs, flowers, spices, vitamin E oil (for preservation) and several essential oils. We place these all into a carrier oil and let it sit for 6-8 weeks. After that the oil is blessed and infused with magick and intention. You can use our oil blends to anoint candles, put on your wrists and pressure points, put into baths, anoint tools, and more.

Ritual Bath Soak
Spiritual baths are an essential routine for all spiritual practitioners, and should be something everyone practices. We take baths to cleanse our bodies and we take spiritual baths to purify and protect our spiritual selves. We absorb the energy of the people we are around, the places we visit, and other energies we come into contact with. This may make us feel heavy and sluggish. Spiritual baths aid in the purification of this energy. In addition, it can help to shield us from negative energy and help us release any spiritual obstacles we may be holding onto. We hand make our own bath soaks using epsom salt, essential oils, herbs, and flowers. Ritual/spiritual baths are a regular component of Brittany and Sabrina's practices and lifestyles, and we aim to share this practice with you!

Wooden Altar/Keepsake Box
The tools we use in our spiritual practices are sacred. Therefore, it's important that they are kept in a sacred and special place and not tossed about. That is why we decided to include a handmade wooden Altar box in our Witch Kit. It's beautifully carved and is a great place to keep tarot or oracle cards, crystals, intention oil, altar tools, incense, etc.

Witch's Bell
Bells have long been used a form of warning and protection. We use bells to warn us of fires or danger. Witch's bells have a long tradition of protecting ones home and bringing in good luck and good fortune. They block negative entities and energies from entering your home. You can also use the bells to cleanse a space if you're not able to use smoke. Additionally, you can ring the bell at the beginning of doing spell work, tarot readings, or divination to welcome in positive spirits and energies.

We always use incense to purify objects such as tools, jars, altars, and rooms in our practices. Incense uses various herbs and scents for various purposes. Additionally, it is frequently used to ward off negative energies.

Crystal
Crystals are an effective instrument for harnessing spiritual energy and manifesting one's intentions and goals. Crystals are natural elements with a variety of qualities that help us in our daily lives. For thousands of years, the Ancient Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians, and Sumerians used crystals in their spiritual practices. Crystals interact with the energy fields of our bodies because they have different vibrational frequencies and each hold different properties. They are an integral and valuable tool to any spiritual practice.

The Sun Kit
The Sun Kit was inspired by The Sun tarot card. It is a beautiful kit that includes a full size candle, a tranquility room spray, and our Eden bath soak. The bright candle you will receive is called "The Sun" candle. It implores feelings of calming, joy, happiness, and peace. It will inspire the jovial and youthful energy within The Sun tarot card. With it citrus scent with a small hint of spice you feel transported to a warm sunny day, You will also receive our tranquility spray. With its hints of citrus and flowers you will instantly feel at peace. This spray can be used as a room spray, to inhale before meditation or yoga, or anytime you need a little bit of calm and tranquil energy. Finally, our Eden bath soak will transport you to the most beautiful garden. This soak has a light floral scent and will provide pure serenity.
The Mini Protection Kit
We can pick up negative energy from a plethora of things. From one of our co-workers, to being in a negative space, or encountering a negative person. This oil will keep you protected. This oil is meant to cleanse our energy and protect us from any negative energies we attract. Our protection candle is meant to beef up your spiritual protection and to cleanse you and your home of any negative energies.

We are living in some tough times and most of us can use a little boost. And we have just the thing! Our mini money kit will help to bring in some extra abundance your way. Our money candle has a nice autumn spice scent and our oil is made with money flowers and several ingredients to bring abundance into your life!

What do you get for your donation?
You get the entire Witch kit for a donation of $79 (plus $20 for shipping in the US and $35 internationally). The kit will normally cost $89 after the fundraising campaign is over.
What will you do with the funds?
We will be putting the Witch Kit together as well as preparing our next kit! We aim to turn Moon Goddess Alchemy into a seasonal subscription box as well as offer one off kits, individual candles, oils, and other tools. We will use funding to help set up our online store as well!

What is your timeline?
We are working hard to hand make the candles, oils, and ritual baths. We estimate this will be done by November 1st, 2023. We have been in contact with the vendors of the other handmade items we will procure for the box. We estimate the box will go out in early-mid December, We are doing our best to have it delivered by Christmas!
