In 2022, I released my second book, The Devil's Death: Your Satanic Companion for Grief and Dying, one-of-a-kind resource to help Satanists navigate death and grief.

Within 2 years of the writing and release of The Devil's Death, both my parents and a number of friends died. These experiences along with the feedback from the community since the book's  release has inspired me to create more resources for end of life planning, grief, and documenting our lives and legacies.

This campaign supports the release of two new books building on the legacy of The Devil's Death: My Death Wishes and Memento Mori. My Death Wishes is a workbook to document your end of life wishes. Memento Mori, a limted edition release of 222 hierloom-quality tomes to help you live a full life and record your memories, lessons, and legacy.

As non-theistic Satanists, we’re uniquely positioned to acknowledge and confront the topic of death. Memento Mori is a one-of-a-kind book that will help you build a life reflective of your values and desires and preserve your legacy. This interactive, heirloom quality book will help you document your experiences, record your memories and wisdom, and build your legend. Memento Mori is a tool of personal empowerment that can companion you throughout your life. This limited edition gilded hardcover gives you prompts to reflect on your life, set intentions for the future, and write your story. The matte black hardcover is decorated with a gold foil border with The Good Death gilded sigil from The Devil's Death centered on its cover. It's pages are edged with gold. Each copy is numbered.

Both my parents died without completing any end-of-life planning. Even with my knowledge as a death doula, I found the experience extremely difficult and traumatic. I struggled to know what they wanted and find resources to resolve their mortal after their deaths, all while dealing with intense and complicated grief. My situation is not uncommon. End of life planning is crucial work that is inaccessible to many people. My Death Wishes aims to change that.

As Satanists, we believe our bodies are inviolable. We want to have control over our lives and deaths. As Satanists, we have the freedom to consider death holistically and prepare ourselves for it based on our best understanding of the world and the realities of the place(s) we may die. Participation in the planning and preparation of one’s own death is only possible if you pursue this work while you are alive. If you choose not to plan for death, you are, by default, leaving your end-of-life decisions to others.

My Death Wishes empowers you to take control of your life and death. It's is a workbook that gives you practical tools for end of life planning and documentation. It demystifies and simplifies end-of life-planning. It guides you through your options and helps you to document your desires for end of life care, estate, and funeral planning. It can be used along side The Devil's Death and Memento Mori, or on its own.

My Death Wishes is a tool of empowerment for you, and a practical document that will become invaluable to your friends and loved ones after you die.
