RE:Anime is an independent production company that takes Japanese anime and adapts it into live action. We have over 800,000 subscribers and 60 Million views worldwide.

We just finished releasing our NARUTO LIVE ACTION: Climbing Silver Series Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, which is the "Hidan arc" of the Naruto: Shippuden series. We already completed filming Part 5 and Part 6, and now we're looking for support to successfully break both of these through the post-production finish line.

We're asking for $15,000 and all that money is going directly to visual effects which means:

-Kakashi's Chidori
-Naruto's Rasengan
-Exploding Hidan to little bits and pieces :D
-Choji's Arm Expansion Jutsu
-And so much more juicy VFX magic that we want to get done!

We need all the support from the fans and the anime community to make the final legs of this series, Part 5 and Part 6, to be as good as possible.

Why this is so meaningful...

Naruto is such an inspiration, not just to me, but to the anime community as a whole. It was commonly the first anime most people watched.

But I want to tell you guys a little bit about my story with Naruto. Growing up, I was the class clown, I was exactly like Naruto, and I really connected with him. I saw him struggle, laugh and smile through things which really helped me get through dark periods in my life. And every time I wanted to give up in life, whether something was too hard or I just wanted to quit, I would see an image of Naruto stabbing himself in the hand with a kunai saying he's never going to give up. That to me is an image I still hold in my mind to this day.

Whenever I want to give up I see Naruto and he won't let me give up. And I don't want to give up on this project.

A STAND AGAINST HOLLYWOOD'S ANIME.

I want to continue and finish this strong because to me, NARUTO LIVE ACTION: Climbing Silver Part 5 and Part 6, is not only just a film on YouTube but it's really a movement. Hollywood is adapting Naruto into live action. Lionsgate is doing a live action Naruto movie. As we all know from previous live action adaptions like Death Note, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Ghost in the Shell, and Dragonball Evolution, Hollywood does not understand anime. They do not take it seriously and I'm extremely worried that another one of my childhood favorite shows, another one of my inspirations, is going to be ruined.

To me this campaign is much more than just, "Hey, we need money for a film!" There's a community of people that were inspired by Naruto and we're taking a stand right here, right now, to say this is how want Naruto adapted. This is what we see Naruto looking like in live action and we won't take another Dragonball Evolution as your answer to what we want in live action.
