The food was out of this world, the chef was young passionate and able.
And the concept was bold and challenging.
And now your neighbor needs your help.
I went by today and gave a neighbor some locally sourced ingredients so he could open for breakfast.
And what I had was a breakfast that would change your world.
A breakfast worth keeping open.
A breakfast worth investing in.
What I wanted to do was show him a single neighbor cared.
Because when we're at our lowest, it seems like everyone's a stranger and no one cares.
But now I want us all to be able to try this food.
Forever.
And I need your help.
To stay open Charles (The owner, Server, and Chef) needs a little bit of support from a lot of you Leslievillians and some of your friends who want to be wowed by this man's culinary genius.
We've secured some (Free) help from some neighbors and friends who believe in his vision.
Now he needs yours.
And I thought of this simple concept.
If you could donate now, when he needs it most, then he can continue to support his local suppliers (Meating on Queen etc.), we can continue to enjoy his food and he can know that his neighbors actually care.
So I'm suggesting this:
Donate anything you can....as little or as much as you can to keep our neighbor in business....and to keep the local businesses that he supports with that income as well.
And I wanted to make this a win-win-win situation:
SO:
Anyone donating of $18 or more will purchase you a meal for free.
Our neighbor is running out of time.
He's run out of product.
And until today he was running out of hope.
Let's give him some of the latter.
And let's earn ourselves the right to be called good neighbors.
And let's earn ourselves a free lunch.
