1. When will Mag-Charging be shipped to us?
We will start shipping out Mag-Charging to you in November 2015.
2. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Mag-Charging can be delivered to any other countries outside United States. International shipping will only cost you extra USD 15 and you will be able to enjoy your wireless charging experience!
3. Which smartphone works with Mag-Charging?
Mag-Charging currently offers two models of phone case which is compatible with both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.
4. How long my Power Bank battery last?
Mag-Charging power bank will fully charge an Apple iPhone 6 one (1) time before needing a recharge for itself.
5. Do I need to charge up my Power Bank?
The power bank requires charging when the power indicators show low in charge.
6. Is the Mag-Charging safe for all ages?
Mag-Charging products are safe for all ages with current control circuit to eliminate any damage from overcharged and overheat.
7. What material is my Mag-Charging made of?
Mag-Charging products are made with PC, silicone and TPU.
