Update: Hi everyone, we're almost there!!! I've raised just over $12,000 out of the $16,000 budget. Thank you all so much for the support. Some of you are here because you’re a fan
of my music, a friend, or maybe just a music lover someone forwarded this
to. My name is Nancy Magarill and I’m a singer-songwriter, composer
and producer based in New York City. I’m going into the studio at the end
of May to record my next album, "Re-" and this is where I need your help. I
have already raised 50% of the project's budget, but I still need $10,000 to
cover studio time, packaging and promotional costs by the end of the recording
process on June 30.
"Re-" will be a beautiful record that goes beyond musical and
lyrical boundaries. It’s a collection of the best songs I’ve written to
date - some new, some old and some that fans have been begging me for years to
record. Daniel Mintseris, who has worked and played with artists like
Renee Fleming, Marianne Faithful and Alice Smith, will be helming the project
with me, and together, we will be enlisting the talents of some of New York's
finest producers, players and arrangers.
Please give whatever you can. Any amount will be
accepted and appreciated. All you have to do is make a
contribution. The best part is that anyone who gives a minimum of $10
will get a digital copy of this CD as soon as it’s completed. And

ASCAP award-winning songwriter Nancy Magarill is a one
of a kind artist, producer, composer and performer. She has several indie
releases under her name, most recent is her collaboration with the Sirius
String Quartet comprised of Dave Eggar (Evanescence, The Who, Michael Brecker),
Gregor Huebner (Richie Beirach, Randy Brecker, John Patitucci), Ron Lawrence

Dave Eggar, Gabrielle Lansner's critically-acclaimed dance piece, "Turning
Heads, Frocks in Flight," as well as Yung-Li Dance’s “Monkey on My
Back” at Merce Cunningham studios and i-Danse’s “Tellus” at NYC’s Dixon Place
Theater. Nancy is currently composing for the Pendulum Aerial Arts circus
theatre company and for MMmusicLAB, a new all-purpose music house she has
created with Daniel Mintseris.
