SHAMELESS

The Story 

Shameless is a short film about Lidia, a young woman who finds out the truth of the night she was drugged and raped at an office party. Lidia confronts Tom, the man she accuses, hoping that she can make him confess to what he has done to her. She would do whatever she can to get her dignity back.

Personal Significance

Majority of young women around the world has been spikes once or twice in there lives. Even though not many of those drug-cases ended up in rape, knowing that that is a strong possibility to happen, I felt the need to address it. I felt people needed to know that something that dangerous can happen to a young girl, especially when she is alone. Many of these incidence I have heard about, the girls blame themselves for what has happened. Most get angry with themselves and others pull away from society. The question that I wanted to answer was: what would I do to my assaulter if I ever come face to face with him?
