Son of Sequel 2.0

I'm Robert Holmes, Composer for the Gabriel Knight series of games, as well as Gray Matter, Moebius Empire Rising, and many others. I am also a founder and member of the Americana band The Scarlet Furies.

From 2022 to 2024 we have run two successful Kickstarter campaigns to support the creation of two albums of music in the style of those games, Sequel and Son of Sequel! Fans old and new are reliving my game music through these albums and the additional documentaries and rewards. These are my 6th and 7th album releases to date. Thanks to the popularity of the Gabriel Knight games, I am fortunate to have a passionate worldwide audience for my music and projects. 

The supporters of these original campaigns have been so supportive for the creation of Sequel and Son of Sequel!

We have been so pleased at the response to the new album, the mini documentary, The Scarlet Furies reunion on All Is Well, and the videos we have done! Now we are setting about delivering the CD's, Vinyl Double Albums, Music Boxes, Tee Shirts and other physical rewards. Also, Jane Jensen's new Gabriel Knight story (exclusive to pledgers of the campaign) as well as some conceptual art to go with it, will be out very soon for all supporters!

More Folks have asked how they can contribute and be a part of Son of Sequel so they can receive the album and Jane's new GK Story, and it just so happens we have need for additional support! 

We're doing this additional campaign to facilitate both! In the year that has passed since the original KS, while all of the above have been created, some of our key cost factors have seriously increased. Some due to new issues like the albums being double albums versus single (The original Sequel album was a single album and had double the budget raised compared to the double album Son of Sequel). Some because of changes in this world of ours, such as International shipping costs going through the roof (many from 6-15% higher). And some because they were not a part of our original budget, such as offering tee shirts to ALL pledgers (the cost of this larger number (Over 400) of shirts and the shipping for them is quite large).

All of this means as we enter into this final leg of the journey we could use your additional help! 

We are looking to raise an additional $10,000 to help cover these changes. This will mean we can ensure everyone will get their rewards as early as possible! 

To make this good for everyone, we've got some additional gifts to share as a thank you for your help! These include:

1. The new Gabriel Knight short story by Jane Jensen with accompanying concept art! This story is a gateway to the story for the GK4 story and is only available to Kickstarter contributors.
