AN UPDATE
Thank you everyone for your overwhelming support! I still have 12 hours left to raise more money... here are some examples of the small sculptures you will get if you contribute $100 or more:
The Project
My name is Stephanie Jonsson, and I'm an artist and educator. For this year, I'm an artist in residence at Medalta Potteries in Medicine Hat. I am really excited about my upcoming solo exhibition set for June 2015. For this exhibition I intend to create a large scale installation growing from the ground and crawling up the gallery walls. I am inviting you to support this project because it will give me an opportunity to share my latest creations and passion publicly. I use both my heart and my hands to make these ocean-inspired creations, and I would be honoured if you would partner with me to take this exhibition public.
What I Need & What You Get
I have launched a campaign for $7,500 to fund my exhibition and studio for the next five months. The reward, should you choose to partner with me in this exhibition, is that you will be able to purchase a piece of the exhibition and you will have your piece displayed as part of the installation for June 18th through August 8th.

The Impact
Canada's cultural community will benefit from this exhibition, and locally it will contribute to the art scene in Alberta. By partnering with me for this exhibition, you are supporting an emerging artist and helping me to put out the best work possible.
