Welcome to The Territories
Ten of the world's most creative fiction writers have turned their attention to something truly strange and disconcerting—professional wrestling.
Set in a funhouse mirror of our own world, THE TERRITORIES leaps into the madness of 1980s professional wrestling, presenting the business the way we liked it—wild, unruly and a little unhinged.
Featuring a novella by Chad Dundas, this inaugural volume of stories serves as the jumping off point for a shared world universe and introduces some of the characters we'll follow into a very uncertain future.
Want to Know More?
We've compiled a 70 page "Bible" outlining the world we've created. It includes the first two chapters of the Chad Dundas novella "The Big Hoss" for your reading pleasure. Available in both PDF and ePub for your device of choice.

What is a Shared World Fictional Universe?
The Territories is a fictional universe very similar to, but distinct, from our own. Our authors have all created independent works that can be read as stand-alone projects. But they exist in the same world at the same time. Characters you get to know in the Georgia territory in Volume 1 may appear in Detroit in our next round of stories as, together, we develop their personalities, their narratives and their world.
What We Need & What You Get
This is not one of those tenuous projects hoping beyond hope to get a funding stream. This book is complete, at the printer and ready to go. The funds we raise here will primarily go to launching a second volume of stories by the end of the year and to help pay our incredible artist Marco Bucci, who surely deserves it.
- The E-Book version will be distributed on August 1, 2022
- The hardcover edition of the book is at the printer and should be ready to ship by the end of August. We hope to have books in hand for all of you by September at the latest.
