"WOULD YOU __________ FOR THREE MILLION DOLLARS?"

We asked that question, took it way too far, and waaay too dark.

Imagine a regular Joe that works a very boring 9 to 5. Except his name isn't Joe, it's Sean, and he doesn't even work a 9 to 5 - he just sits at home smokin' ciggies and watching TV in his PJs.

One morning, after a particularly terrible night of financial woes, Sean gets a mysterious phone call from a deep-voiced man claiming to be from an exclusive club. The voice asks, "Sean, what would you do for three million dollars?"

And thus, our thrilling, bizarrely dramatic journey begins...

WHY WE EXIST

We started Thousand Yard Films in 2012 on the decision that people deserved compelling stories presented in an excellently produced manner. We want to contribute that sort of value to the world. In the 4 years we've been in business, we've produced 1 feature-length film, 4 short films, and 3 music videos - each offering a variety of interestingly weird and fun ideas.

WHY CONTRIBUTE

Truth be told, we need money to finish the other 60% of the film. But that's not why we decided on pursuing this IndieGoGo campaign. We're looking for people that are interested in being part of our community - our family. We don't want just anybody to contribute - we want the right people. We’re looking for people that are truly interested in this sort of film. We want you to join us on this journey – even beyond The Vicious Circle. The goal here is to forge a genuine friendship with you, so that when you contribute, you’re not just some stranger giving money to other strangers. We want a mutual relationship where we invest in each other.
