Things We Do For Love is a essentially a story about Alison, an introverted and snarky teenage girl who keeps a close document on everything she eats, until day by day it consumes her life.  Her only distraction is a strange follower who is dangerous and clever, a girl with a paper bag over her face who pretends to be her friend, but is unclear about if she ever really wants to be. Meanwhile,  her mother is distracted by her upcoming clearance to get a weight loss surgery that she hopes might save her marriage. 

• Our hope with this film is to spread awareness about eating disorders, in the sense that the people who suffer from them aren't the people who usually are depicted on screen. 
• We also hope to illustrate how an eating disorder feels to someone experiencing it, how a person might choose to continue having an eating disorder, or even be unaware of it's existence.

• At it's heart this film is a family drama, and because of this we need to rent an appropriate home for it to take place in. 
• We are also very invested in the safety and happiness of our crew, so part of the funds will be dedicated to making sure that they are properly fed and kept safe during our production. 
• Finally, we would like the message of our film to spread as widely as possible, and so we plan on distributing our film through film festivals as a means to have our story heard. Film  Festivals can cost anywhere from  $20 to $50 dollars to enter. 
• Making films can be pretty expensive, if our goal isn't reached, the funds we do receive will go towards feeding and transportation of our crew, because their well-being is the most important part of our production.
