Ultimate Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or UTMNT for short, (found over at
http://www.utmnt.com) is a fan-based webcomic written by Nick Arganbright and drawn by Eryck Webb.
The reality of the situation is that doing UTMNT on the current model (everything is almost entirely out of pocket) is not economically feasible any longer and I need your help to keep UTMNT going.
By supporting this campaign and seeing it funded, you are helping UTMNT continue for the next issue! It will also lock in Eryck in to UTMNT for one full issue as Eryck has gotten extremely busy due to his hard work and talent and is very-much in-demand!
We believe we have some decent perks too for those who can contribute. The challenge is (as you will read below) is that the art is the book and always comes first. Without that, we can't do any other rewards or perks.

By helping this project become funded, you help secure Eryck Webb as the talent and time for this amazing project.
Besides creating an awesome fan-based webcomic of our favorite bipedal ninja-based terrapins, we have what we hope are some pretty neato-cheato perks !

If we surpass the amount for Issue # 2 of UTMNT, below are some Stretch Goals if we exceed our originally requested amount!

We pay Eryck for a second issue of UTMNT! Taking place between UTMNT Issue # 1 and UTMNT Issue # 2, find out what happens to Raphael! With a cover drawn and colored by Courtland Brugger!

Not only do we have Raphael Micro-Series # 1 of 1 art-wise done, we ALSO will print out physical copies for all those with perks receiving a physical comic book copy! Huzzah!

Radical! We are getting Eryck to draw Issue # 3 of UTMNT! This covers additionally his commission for Issue # 3!

This is it, UTMNT # 3, printed off from the printers and included with Issues # 1, Issue # 2, and the Raphael Micro-Series! That's FOUR issues in your grubby UTMNT-comic-loving hands! Booyakasha indeed!

Both the risks and challenges are basic ones but important ones.
The first risk and challenge is the fact that the art for the book as the art is what MAKES the comic the comic is most important. Without the art, we have no book. Without the book, we have no other rewards. So sadly a challenge has been trying to work out how to give great rewards like shirts, prints, physical copies of the book, etc.
Another challenge/risk is that I've never done a project like this re: shipping and handling of items. So I am expecting a hiccup or two there but trying to research thoroughly trying to be best prepared for what is to come, but some things may come up I was not aware of.
Other Ways You Can Help
Times are tough. I get it. And sometimes, people just can't contribute, but that doesn't mean you can't help:
- Get the word out and make some noise about your campaign.
- It helps to use the SHARE tools right here on IndieGoGo!
