You Are Here: A Multi Media Event

Every spring, the Multi-Media Event Class at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) produces, directs, and creates a show featuring lines of each student's work. In order for our show, You Are Here, to happen this year, we need your help!

In the past this event has been known as the Experimental Fashion Show, but this year we came to the decision to call it a Multi Media Event, seeing that it is really so much more than fashion. Our lines include fashion, but also performances, puppetry, sculpture, and more. We have been busy putting our collections together since August, and can't wait to show them to you.

We’ve booked our venue at our very own BBOX on MICA's campus. On April 26th and 27th 2019, You Are Here will be bringing the Multi Media Event back home to MICA. 

We couldn't possibly run this show on our own, however.  We are working alongside stage managers, stage hands, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, technicians, models, and many other volunteers to create the best event possible. We need your support to help all of us come together and collaborate for You Are Here. 

Your contributions will help feed and support our technicians, artists and collaborators. Most of our goal will go towards feeding or volunteers at the shows, but the more we can earn, the more we are able to compensate people for all the time and work they have given us.
