WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?

Hi guys, this is Claudio from Baueda Wargames ltd. We are already producing a large range of high quality resin cast wargame terrain, designed specifically for 15mm WWII miniatures and fully compatible with Flames of War™ rules. Currently this range already include over 30 different packs of scenic bases, objectives, bunkers, fortifications and entrenchments, covering rural and urban theatres and including also a couple specifically designed with a desert theme. We now want to add a number of new codes to complete the desert series, including a sandbag bunker!

While the range is designed specifically with a deser feel most of these models can be used for many more armies and settings than the North African campaign, all sandbag emplacement for instance would be perfect also for the Vietnam war!

WHY INDIEGOGO?

The actual models sculpting is completed and we now need your help funding the actual production, including making multiple production molds for all the models.

15A22CB – 3 different medium + 1 small ‘dug-in’ markers (desert)

Medium markers are 80mm wide by 30mm deep (31/8"x 13/16"). The space inside is large enough to accommodate a Large Base (face on) or a Medium Base (wide).
Small markers are 58mm wide by 25mm deep (25/16"x1"). The space inside is large enough to fit a Small Base or a Medium one (deep).

15A23CB – Fire control position + command base (Objective marker)

One 50mm wide by 65mm deep (2"x 21/2") model + one 32mm wide by 25mm deep (11/4"x 1") scenic base.

Perfect as a game objective marker this model is the same size of a large FoW base and it can hold a medium size base inside. Comes complete with a small scenic base suitable for snipers, observers, etc. Contains 1 x sandbag bunker body, 1 x sandbag bunker roof, 1 x small scenic base.

15A25CB – Medium battery emplacement (desert) – This selection counts as two packs!

These very detailed and accurate 15mm scale reproductions are perfect for most anti-tank, mortar and anti-aircraft artillery platoons and are specifically designed so that the space inside each emplacement is large enough to accommodate one Flames of War medium base, either front on or sideways. This is a large pack that include everything you need to fortify a full battery: three medium sandbag emplacements for the gun bases, a medium scenic base for the staff, one small scenic base for command or spotters and one medium dug-in marker.

Designed for a North African setting these models are also perfect for the Pacific theatre and for Vietnam, just add plenty of jungle foliage and flocks!

15A26CB – Large battery emplacement (desert) – This selection counts as two packs!

These larger emplacement are perfect for heavy artillery and are specifically designed so that the space inside is large enough to accommodate one Flames of War large base. This is a large pack that include everything you need to fortify an

artillery section: two large sandbag emplacements for the gun bases, a medium scenic base for the staff, one small scenic base for command or spotters and one medium dug-in marker.

Designed for a North African setting these models are also perfect for the Pacific theatre and for Vietnam, just add plenty of jungle foliage and flocks!

15A28CB – 4 different 4 holes Infantry scenic bases (desert)

A set of four bases beautifully sculpted with a distinct desert theme and designed to accommodate four 15mm figures. These bases are exactly the same size as a FoW medium size base. While the plastic bases are almost flat these are approximately 2mm thick and on top of that there is textured terrain and details added. Because of this you can easily pick these bases up from the edges, meaning that you’ll never have to touch the figures themselves!

15A29CB – 6 different 2 holes small scenic bases (desert)

A set of six bases beautifully sculpted with a distinct desert theme and designed to accommodate two 15mm figures; a third figure can easily be added on in most cases. These bases are exactly the same size as a FoW small size base. Each pack contains a random selection of six different styles out of eight different designs, in all cases the models include all sorts of improvised repairs that troops will naturally look for and use for cover and of course plenty of deep carved details to help you in painting them!

Finish: all items are supplied as unpainted plain castings.

Please remember that as with all resin models these have to be washed thoroughly with hot water and a strong detergent before painting, to clean off all traces of mold release agent. If you don't follow this simple precaution the paint may flake off!

I have been making and selling wargame models for more than ten years now, first as a part time job and then, over the last seven years as a full time job. With the help of other professional artists we have created hundreds of successful wargame products which we currently manufacture and sell, both directly and through a worldwide network of distributors and retailers. Baueda Wargames has already become a brand recognized for the quality of its products and service and we intend to continue this way!

The main risk involved in this project is that it becomes such a runaway success that will stretch our production capacity so far that there will be a few days delay in shipping your order.
