The Infringement Festival is a grassroots, volunteer-driven arts festival in Buffalo, NY. The 2016 edition is the 12th incarnation of the festival and is set to run from July 28 - August 7.

Infringement is entirely funded by donations; the festival does not charge application fees and all door proceeds---many shows are free---go to the artists (less a few non-negotiable costs for certain venues. We need funding to support certain costs to promoting the festival.

What We Need & What You Get

• Funding for publication of the schedule in The Public. 
• Funding for back line and other equipment rental.
• Higher funding levels will enable you to receive exclusive perks: custom t-shirts and artwork from BIF artists.
• All perks will be delivered by the first day of the festival or at a special thank-you event. 

The Impact

Your donation supports a group of over 300 acts, from music to dance to poetry to theater and beyond. The Infringement Festival could not be produced for so long without funding support from you.

Risks & Challenges

There are always risks with prepaying for certain services, but we enjoy good relationships with vendors and our volunteers are on top of things. We will be in great shape if we raise these funds.
