• Agave Sun International, a division of Raven Rising LLC. A Colorado company. Formed on 12/25/2015. That is right, formed on Christmas Day 2015.
• Developed by Steven James Peterson and the Agave Sun International team. Steven James Peterson is 41, a former Private Detective, Bail Bondsman, Bounty Hunter, and Educator with the Boy Scouts. Born in North Dakota, raised in Fargo (Yeah, just like the movie and show, same place), and Ski Geek at Crested Butte Colorado. 

• When I say “Saving the world from bad tequila one bottle at a time” I mean it. Our goal is to impact change. Making the world a better place through tequila is a thing. Agave Sun International has a "Giving Pledge" to help communities in the USA and Mexico. We are a Green and Sustainable company.

What We Need

• Transparent facts. Our funding will be immediately applied to state level licenses, fees, and associated costs. Our estimate to secure licenses for the entire USA will run at $250,000.00 alone. We can begin operations before that amount, but this would open the door to the entire country. Securing those licenses is vital to our long term viability.
• Transparent facts. We need office space. And not just any office will do. This will be our headquarters for the entire nation. And you will open the doors with your contributions.

If we miss the mark?

• Any funds received will be applied to our securing of state level licenses. No two states are alike, so this requires a lot of attention. Why? Because these state level licenses are the final keys we need to officially open the doors. We need a minimum of $7,500.00 to start the process
• Knowing we have to reach $250,000.00 alone to secure all 50 state licenses we are simply asking you to pull the string back and watch us fly.

The Impact

• For me the saying “Saving the world” and we can get there “one bottle at a time” is a central part of our mindset here at Agave Sun International. Hitting campaign goals here set us on a path of key acquisitions. And this includes hiring a team. From there we can begin impacting the world in ways that make it better. Once we hit positive cash flow Agave Sun is going to help build in our community to make it stronger, and make positive impacts to last generations into the future. But to get there I need you.  
• Each stage has been checked, each required move on the chessboard is measured. The only hurdle we have left is the state level licenses.  
• By participating in this campaign you are one of those hands up. Even if you only leverage a single dollar, you are moving us up and a little closer to getting over the hurdle.
• This has been developed to be a sustainable business. From local community service projects to larger scale ones later, our goal is to leave our world better than we found it.  

Risks & Challenges

• Currently our risk is Barrier to Entry. It is our estimated cost that it will take $250,000.00 to secure all of our licenses in the United States. But, we have a mitigation plan where at $7,500.00 we can set our lawyer loose. At $11,000.00 we can acquire office space. At $21,000.00 our doors to the office can open. At $42,000.00 all of our internal information technology needs are met. At $72,000.00 funds are aggressively applied to state license acquisitions. At $100,000.00 we can actively participate in the national tradeshows. Our stretch goals would be to hit $250,000.00 as that opens up most of the doors that are currently closed. Beyond this, we would be able to look to make some immediate positions available as those funds would be used to fill key roles in this company.  
• Our plan is simple. Key acquired licenses are assets as they are the only legal barrier to cash flow. After that we are able to begin sales to Wholesale Distributors, Buying Agents, and Procurement Officers. Revenues will be aggressively reinvested into the company to secure its positioning. Phased growth and acquisition plans allow us to grow quickly in response to our demands on a departmental basis.
